Widely described as ‘the most important woman in British Comedy’ Victoria began her career as a writer contributing to shows such as ‘Spitting Image’ and ‘Not The Nine O’Clock News’, whilst creating sketches and characters for Lenny Henry and Tracey Ullman. Victoria’s first series as Writer/Director/Producer was the groundbreaking ‘Smack The Pony’ which was nominated for BAFTA Best Comedy Series in 2003. Victoria then moved on to create the conceptually challenging (and even more popular) ‘Green Wing’. The first series finally won Victoria a well deserved BAFTA for the Pioneer Award in 2005. In 2006 Victoria wrote, produced and co-directed the second and final series of ‘Green Wing’ as well as a much-lauded Green Wing Christmas Special.

In 2007/8 Victoria completed the latest campaigns for Utterly Butterly and Maltesers and is working on a new comedy series.
